Every Foundation home includes premium structural materials, smart home wiring, energy-efficient HVAC systems, double-pane Low-E glass windows, and our signature "Double-Seal" waterproofing. Landscaping, driveway finishing, and a 10-year structural warranty are also standard with every purchase.

How long does it take from purchase to move-in?

For pre-built show-home models, possession can be as quick as 30 days after closing. For custom builds, our typical timeline is 10–14 months depending on design complexity, permits, and seasonal conditions. We provide a detailed project timeline at contract signing.

Can I customize the floor plan of my home?

Absolutely. Foundation offers three customization tiers: Essentials (fixture and finish selections), Flex (layout modifications within the existing footprint), and Bespoke (fully custom architecture from the ground up). Our design team works with you at every stage to bring your vision to life.
