How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your date 12 to 18 months in advance for large-scale galas and destination weddings, and a minimum of 6 months for intimate gatherings and corporate events. Given that we accept only three projects per season, early engagement ensures availability and allows our team the creative runway to deliver an experience of the highest calibre.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances evolve. Cancellations made 90 or more days before the event date receive a full refund less the non-refundable retainer. Within 60 to 90 days, 50% of the total investment is retained. Inside 60 days, the full fee applies. We also offer complimentary date transfers up to twice per engagement, ensuring your investment is protected regardless of timing changes.

Absolutely. Destination events are one of our defining specialities. We have executed flawlessly in over 12 countries, from Tuscan vineyards and Parisian châteaux to Tokyo rooftop terraces and private Caribbean islands. Our global network of elite vendors, venue partners, and on-ground coordinators ensures a seamless experience regardless of location, culture, or logistical complexity.
