Each prospective member submits a dossier request through our secure form. Our Selection Committee personally reviews every application within 48 hours. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a private introductory consultation with a Concierge Director, after which a tailored membership proposal is presented.

Our concierge service encompasses every aspect of your journey — from pre-travel itinerary design and private transfers to on-ground coordination, restaurant reservations, cultural access, and real-time support. Platinum and Black members receive a dedicated Concierge Director available around the clock, anywhere in the world.

Can itineraries be fully customized?

Absolutely. Every Azure itinerary is built from the ground up based on your preferences, pace, and passions. There are no pre-packaged tours. Whether you envision a week of solitude on a private island or a multi-city cultural odyssey, our team crafts each moment to your exact specification.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans evolve. Members may reschedule or cancel journeys up to 30 days before departure with no penalty. Within the 30-day window, our team works to rebook or restructure your experience wherever possible. Black-tier members enjoy fully flexible cancellation at any time.
